From Components to an Operational Floating System

On-site support from layout and assembly through installation, checking and operational handover.

Overview

Green Mart can support customers beyond component supply by assisting with the practical setup of floating aquaculture infrastructure.

Our Process

  • 1. Site Survey & Planning — Custom design based on your location and requirements
  • 2. Supply & Logistics — High-quality HDPE pontoons and accessories
  • 3. Installation — Professional on-site installation by expert team
  • 4. Testing & Commissioning — System checks for safety and optimal performance
  • 5. Handover & Support — Guidance, training and after-sales assistance

During planning, the project requirements should be established first — including intended use, dimensions, water conditions, access requirements, cage arrangement and required support infrastructure.

Components are then organized according to the approved configuration. Modular sections can be assembled and connected before or during deployment depending on site conditions.

After installation, relevant connections, access sections, cage/net arrangements and supporting components should be checked before operational handover.

For complex anchoring, structural, electrical or other specialist work, the final design and installation should be carried out or verified by appropriately qualified personnel.
